No wonder there has always been only one full-time employee, himself. With such an attitude and bad behavior, I don't think CEO has any professional skills to manage people. The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership is a great book.
He did well in 2017, and maybe got lucky. Unfortunately luck is random not consistent.
