You can move the PPS of a stock barely trading in whichever direction you want, but without any real interest in it, selling it is a problem.

Yes, I think it will go down. I think that this is a push by management at market makers to bring the price up knowing that some people will buy in thinking that it’s going to keep going up and then they’ll dump shares like they’ve been doing insiders and subscription investors will start dumping shares and then they’ll rinse and repeat.
