Explained so well that the total max damages were 1.6B... and then the 8-0 jury decides that is TOO much in damages for the GOVT to pay so they lower it to 600M.

Are you saying that F and F never even took any cash --- but the 140-191B was permission to adjust BS?

When interest rate changes favored the BS ----- why did F and F not wind up with an excess - just from this -- of 140-191B?
