I hope $6 is sooner rather than later. As I turn 74 today, I would like the enjoy some of the money on a nice trip while I am still young rather than in a nursing home when I am old! :-)
IMO Jason has said the portfolio is worth this much...at this moment...when NLST keeps winning in the courts the price tag goes up....
I honestly believe that NLST will take less to get a deal done before the 22nd....but the more NLST wins ...the higher the price tag...
So I think 6 will happen before the 22nd...we know NLST will win...Micron has known for a while the outcome...If they settle for 80-100M a year with bells and whistles to go with it...NLST should go back to 10...Microns arguments suck and the lawyers arent very good....the CEO of Micron was the CEo of Sandisk years ago...he is fluent in how great NLST is and I think NLST had a part in putting them out of business.....so NLST isin't going away...I think they settle...doing a dance like SS isint their thing....SS is slimmy...
If they dont settle before the 22nd...then we have April 15 where they will take another Ass whooping...by then we will have a royalty rate...how many years back the 918/054/060/160 go...and the 314 patents STAY will be removed..that is a lot of pressure to endure...when I have little doubt Jason gave them a simple Rambus like deal...to clean this up..
again... claiming that nlst is harming the people of idaho...with 87B market cap is the tell...they got nothing...a deal is coming soon...IMHO
