Nobody wants to be on the wrong side of history. If the GSEs are to be released, they want to make it known that they were one of the ones who saw it coming.

At these prices, everyone should have their bags as full as they can financially afford without hurting themselves! When it happens, it will be extremely sudden and none of us will ever be able to get in until it is exponentially higher! GLTA!
