But the shorting i am talking about is not legal retail shorting

It is naked illegal shorting.

There is plenty of evidence if you look for it. And its done by major players

Look at citadels balance sheet. Billions of dollars in shorted shares and they deal significantly with penny stocks

You don’t have to agree or believe me but i have done my dd

99 percent of the time they never have to buy back any shares

Why do you think there are so many trying to save us from buying shares of a company at .003? Its because they are so altruistic?
