Agreed. Although the increase is not a good read, we can speculate all we want, but don't have a clear picture, yet that is.

We are an "Attorney Letter with Respect to Current information", away from going back to Pink current and getting the Yield sign dropped.

Watch for amendments to Reg A that must be filed with the SEC and posted. I don't see any convertible notes, other than the Reg A offering that can hurt here,

We need a premarket update from JDF before open this Tuesday. Those wanting 3's might just get filled Tuesday morning. I am sure there will be plenty loading 3's and bidding 2's. JMO

O/S didn't increase.. A/S possible to open room for acquisition... still float 1.97 billlion tiny for the current price.. I still believe CBIA will run like TSNP/HMBL or NSAV..
