Good chance she doesn't even work at Pfizer any longer and is just a consultant. Linkedin profiles aren't always updated especially when you leave. If you dont go somewhere else. Mine wasn't from one job to another for a few years. Some people live on LinkedIn as a way to manage their career.
Some are less outgoing. Based on her profile I would guess she no longer works there. Don't care if she does or doesn't.
Also the form 4 notes direct and indirect ownership. She indirectly owns Nasrat shares and directly owns these. So I think it's his wife.
Also she didn't have to file this now according to the form 4. That's the code but not sure on the timing. That was interesting but could mean nothing or they are selling the company soon. Or they needed to clean up these loose ends.
Who knows.
What I do know is that they will get rich when we get rich. Well they are already rich by most standards. But rich that provides generational wealth in their family.
