well it looks like the merger hit a snag, typical BS.... hopefully it happens soon since it'd be a perfect time for the end or beginning of year financials for "new company."

They weren't going to do it the last week so this week coming should be good to go and its better for us tax wise for it to be next week! I don't think it ever was going to get done Dec.
