Striking down a law that may not be Constitutional is not treason.

Re: Post 196

Magas have a wild imagination and certainly don't know what Treason is. SB 1070, a controversial Arizona Immigration law in 2010 was partially struck down by the Supreme Court in 2012.

Bill Abbott of Texas has enacted a new law, SB4, that takes affect in March 2024. SB4 appears unprecedented and more sweeping in nature than SB 1070.

No matter what, Biden Administration, it's going to be challenged in Court by groups, if not the Biden Administration, that is guarantee. To suggest or ask that this makes Biden a traitor is just so immature imho, since that law may not be Constitutional and whether you like it or not. it has to be. To suggest a law needs to conform to the US Constitution is a traitor like seriously are you that for gone with the need try defend for Trump to make that comparison since the only President coming close to a traitor is Trump.

Stes can not enact any laws they want that are not Constitutional. Now maybe the Supreme Court will rule it is, then fine. Maybe they won't. It certainly is questionable considering the precedent of the Arizona law.

The United States Supreme Court rules against three provisions of S.B. 1070 and preserves section 2(B) of the provision, allowing law enforcement to stop or detain individuals under reasonable suspicions and request citizenship identification.
