I can only imagine the conversations between the crooks that run these outright scams. At the end of the week when they get together to have a few drinks at the local strip club (or wherever they spend their loot).......they must express disdain for their endless supply of stupid investors, and their sheer luck at running scams in a mostly unregulated industry.
