“DEFENDANTS’ NOTICE OF CORRECTION—
Micron respectfully files this notice of correction related to Dkt. No. 408 which incorrectly states: “Netlist’s ‘Supplement’ is improper because it was filed without seeking leave.” Dkt No. 408, 2. This statement was inaccurate because Netlist previously sought leave in Dkt. No. 402. Micron apologizes for this inadvertent oversight and files this notice to correct the record. Micron maintains all other arguments and positions in Dkt. No. 408.
