IMHO it is every shareholder that made "right to try" available. I find it horrific that certain "friends" of nodder had access while many others did NOT. That continues to this day. To support/brag/vote for mngmt that TWICE stole (found guilty in court) from shareholders. To support mngmt that WASTED $ 7.6 MILLION $$ in penalties/fees EXTRA, ABOVE what Pestell was awarded --then hide behind "expenses" as excuse to NOT make LL available in RTT--well to each his own. Sure that can be twisted and turned and spun into justification by many nodderettes. Just like flying skelly to London or cheating samsung and sharp and justifying those wasted millions. To each his own yardstick

The very Dr you defend has no issue with making up/repeating nodder lies about Dr Pestell--making up/repeating nodder lies about Dr Patterson and those Drs efforts being slandered and lied about?? Dr Pestell "fired for cause" going to court after months of lies--then the master manipulator (nodder) NOT providing 1 shred of evidence of the "for cause". Excuse me if I find the "defense" (excuse) very LACKING in honesty but reeking of irony.
I am all for "ignore" or block or whatever. Once again I find it "rich" that some posters don't imbrace these options but want special websites and "bans" and special mods and echo chambers. And not just 1 or 2 places--but control of all?? Even want transcript of CEO discusssion banned?? W T H
