True, the issued patent is the present and it's lack of efficacy is that of three years ago. Technology like AI will put this in the dumpster of history long before they will ever be able to monetize it from what I see. In fact if you read over it you have to wonder why a Broker / Dealer would even mess with it let alone lease it. The Blackstar Digital Trading Platform ("BDTP") that is the system and method patent is not marketable. They knew this on October when it traded as low as $0.0001 and is why the 698 million shares converted for only $116K of debt at $0.00017 a share. Traders only care if they can flip it amongst the dilution in the pipeline. The lack of liquidity now is not your friend in my opinion.

The issued patent is in the present and that's why we are on this board. Not any other reasons.

The exact same regulatory issues as three years ago. 🙄
Two September press releases three years apart talking about the same issues that renders the patent and its BlackStar Digital Trading Platform ("BDTP") useless.
