He is holding much more than I had realized. He is loaded to the gills with Class B common unrestricted and restricted shares. Thanks for pointing me that way and helping me realize how monstrously big his position is. Also comparing the form 4 with Cathie Wood's purchases it looks like she has been timing some of her buy orders to coincide with the insider automatic monthly conversion and sales.
