Again, look to the GOP tax cuts for......the wealthy. Dubya did it and then Trump; nothing trickled down but enormous deficits and recession, including the only Great one.

No you surmise wrong. I would like a complete overhaul of the tax system and make it much simpler. I would also like a tax on wealth.
