Well that's not going to happen. No Republican would vote for that - How about Senator Warren's plan of a one cent tax on wealth and eliminate Trump's tax bill that gave 90% of the benefits to the top 1%. I'd also include raising the Soc Sec amount that get's taxed to $400,000 (this will secure SS until 2075). In addition any state that doesn't have an income tax and received more benefits from the Fed needs to make payments to the Fed to at least break even. Plus pass a Constitutional amendment to give POTUS line item veto.
