We have to love the way you attempt to assert somebody committed fraud without calling somebody a fraud. That is defamation and despite the TOS latitude, that doesn’t remove your responsibility and liability.

I assert naked shorting is happening across the entire penny stock market and despite the lack of evidence, I suspect it happened with ASTA too.
