Maybe I missed the rule change but what I have always known with regard to attorney letter has to do with going from dark to current.

I won’t say I am categorically sure but o guess we will find out and will be happy to have learnt something new.

On February 3rd 2023, BCNN filed for name change, as it happened yet? No.

BLEG announced name change intent in July, has it happened yet? No!

So I just telling you can’t bank on what isn’t within your control.
