OK , one more try with you.
In the hospital setting only doctor is asking , if a doctor know about the drug and family do not but agree, If doctor has something on his mind to introduce to a dying patients..
I was asking for leronlimab as a family member..
It is not important with the RTT law President Trump introduced , who you are ..physician or not ..
If any patient or a family , had a disease where all the approved drugs are not working for you , and you are dying ,
You or a family may ask for any investigational drug , not yet approved..but you need to know what you want.
And I believe 42 or 44 States participate . Florida is, some liberal States as Pennsylvania , NY , NJ and few other do not.
Thankfully Florida is !!!!!
In my case I knew what drug I wanted for my son.
Doctor in the hospital told us they need to try first approved drugs for my son immune stage of covid fist.
I understood this ..
So my son was on dexamethasone and they added high dose of tocilizumab , we refused the antiviral ( so called ) remdesivir , which is not recommended for immune stage of covid, for hospitalized patients on oxygen , many studies showing worsening of patients.
Few days after tocilizumab , dexamethasone , different antibiotics , anticoagulants and other stuff my son was getting worse , so the hospital doctor called me and said , he is still getting worse we will approve the leronlimab you asking for..
i had already a name of a lawyer incase they will not agree , but it takes few days if you need to take hospital and the doctor to court , and you dealing with a dying person..
So I was extremely happy they agreed..
This when I needed to talk with CYDY because at this time they need to agree. But I thankfully spoke with them already few days before , if this possibilities will arrive , and as you said I cried to everyone , and I did that ,
when they said no at first...
So this is an action EVERYONE need to go..
Don't matter if you a physician or a farmer , you just need to know what you want.
I hope this is helpful to you.
GLTA longs..
