With all due respect, Mr. Dimaggio, and you are rightfully respected on here, the DD over the decline from .70 to .042 has been nothing short of horrendous. After all, we are not talking about taking an uncomfortable 15 or 20% decline, we are talking about true decimation of the PPS.

How would you feel if your real estate or any other investment you had went from $70,000 to $4,200??? No matter where you bought along the way, you could only truly say that you had nearly gotten the whole investment wiped out, which is still a possibility with Neomedia??

Those who say they have successfully defended their patents should also show us what that did for the company, where are the revenues from the companies that settled?? For me to settle with you and not have to pay you a dime is hardly a victory for Neomedia. Virgin is a prime example of one who "settled" and who is now using other technologies. The painful reality is that Qode is not as viable as most on here seem to think.

One simple question, why have so many large companies like MSFT and GOOG looked at Neomedia and said thanks but no thanks?? At some point you folks may have to come to the realization of the reality that they see NO REASON to scoop up NEOM. Scanbuy is a model operation and their success only exacerbates the failure of NEOM. I think the results of any patent litigation are going to be sorely disappointing to Neomedia shareholders.

Did you ever, ever, ever believe, only 6 months ago, that this stock could be trading at .042?? And do you really believe they have something great going on for the share price to lose almost 95% of its value??

The resident, smart aleck, retired, self-promoting ex-CPA on this board must be overrated, because I have seen nowhere where she advised you people that the financials were as devastating as they have proven to be. Revenues for this company are amazing, now aren't they??

And where is Brewskih, did he finally come to terms with the massive loss and sell out and move on??

Remember that TS swallowed his huge pride and told you to get out at .11, but everybody said there was no way they were going to take .11 for this supercompany's stock.

How does .11 sound to you now?? More dilution is coming your way any day now for the 12Snap debacle and what happened to the promised sale of the micropaint business in NOVEMBER...And all the hype about Dupont buying it?? Dupont could have bought that business for the equivalent of one of us spending .05 out of our own pocket.....and once again, a major company has looked at the merchandise that Neomedia has to sell on the street corner and has said, THANKS BUT NO THANKS!!!!!!!!!!

A handful of people have lived in luxury for several years on this mishandled pipedream and no matter what you say, the only thing that counts is the PPS, and that sad story should not and can not be sugarcoated. Please pull up a two year chart RIGHT NOW and then tell us about the wonderful technology. What is wrong with this picture?? The PPS is your greatest warning that the technology is not as viable as you people think. You do not realize how much investment would be required to handle the back end of Qode.

Much brighter minds are at work at Scanbuy, that much is clearly evident. Whatever chance Neomedia had in this burgeoning mobile marketing arena has been firmly squandered.

The show is over in Ft. Myers. Do you really think Chuck Jensen and Martin Copus would be gone from the company if there was really any good news?? How can you call yourselves objective observers and overlook that fact?? Remember how you people heralded Martin Copus as the miracle worker who was finally going to take this company to the promised land??

Joe I agree with your thoughts.

This stock will not take off unless there is a big partner on board, roll out of the product, carriers involved(since embedding QODE on a chip does not look like it will happen in my eyes), mass awareness by the company thru advestising(which has more debt than money), new mgmt with a partner on board or a new CEO announced that can turn this company around, share buy back to reverse the dilution for the previous companies(which has more debt than money), major deals or announcements(which it would be nice to show revenue), mgmt needs to get their IP back from Cornell(which has more debt than money).

If I only knew the truth then @ .7 where we are right now. I think most of us would have been at a different spot.

Get off the high horse and find someone to help promote and launch the product!!!!

Quit playing with the yoyo.

Here is to bitchin one last time.

Not true: The one poster who was consistenly dead-on was Brewshih. Like him or not, he proved to be way more insightful on the state of the company and the industry than all of these so -called board leaders.
