During that time Sharp was at the Santa Anita and Houston tracks racing his horses.

Sharp doesn't have any mergers lined up with a real company - it is more of his pumping nonsense.

It has almost 6 months since Sharp claimed to have filed for a name and symbol change with FINRA - it never takes this long unless there is a problem.

Has Sharp refiled another Form 10 and it has been over 2 years since Sharp withdrew the last Form 10.
