Don't forget the hundreds of thousands of people on the fence who voted for him because they thought as a businessman he'd be different. He'll do things for the people not the politicians. They're ALL trapped because now they can't lose face to their friends and families and have to show that they weren't blithering morons for voting for him and think they have to vote for him again.
Even I for a maybe 4 minutes thought what he could do as president, but after reading what he basically said on losing his casinos where he was proud of BK and " I did great, I made a lot of money with the casinos it was everyone else fault they didn't work out.". I was never going to vote for him or repulsecan but thought what would it be like to have a businessman run the country. It turns out he wasn't even a real businessman, only a conman. And he tried to run the country like a business. One that he felt it was okay to profit off of. In every conceivable way. Reason he put his family in charge is so he could skim the top of the money trough and hide it from the government. This corruption is going to come out in 2024 about just how much his family enterprise embezzled from our taxes.
People will make decisions on the simplest things like the color of their pants as being lucky, so looking like a total fool to other people is a strong incentive to justify voting for a criminal.
ODSP let everyone down who voted for him because he didn't act for them, only himself and his family grifting venues.
