We do not have sufficient funding for the human clinical trials. As noted in 10Qs and 10-Ks for sometime the company has been tossing around a cost of $9 million to complete everything they need to get the device approved, Isopet clinics across the country, create an independent production center, and get started on having approvals for non-US markets. What they have told us is they had sufficient funds in the bank to submit the IDE. They have tended to build up their cash reserves a few months before they need it, so the recent offering should be for expenses related to items/things being done after the IDE submission rather than before. But things can change and if they do Koreko's plans may need to change with them (like FDA wanting more rabbits tested).
They will probably sell into the news of IDE submission and acceptance. They did that with the news of BDD submisson and generated enough money to get through most of the IDE application development.
