Well.. it’s all speculation but I have a strong feeling that bid support is a trap and it’s JDF guys stringing retail along.
From my experience, that level of bid support( over 300m) at 3 should translate to a lot more impressions but very few are talking about CBIA compared to last month .
Which means that bid is coming from a few people.
The very same thing happened with BLFE until they drove it down to 0.0001 from 0.22
