There really isn't any news that can come out for a long time that will make the share price rise.

Israel is currently at war. That might not end for quite a while. And when that war ends, it will take quite a while before ZNOG can hire personnel, get equipment, and start drilling. During that entire time, dilution is your enemy and will drop the share price slowly over time. For example, between 30 Jun and 30 Sep 2023, there were about 26 million shares diluted.
