Can you please elaborate on ‘best I can tell”? You’ve probably NEVER participated in a CYDY “PIPE” (private investment for a public entity) and yet you’re stating that CYDY shares / warrants are ALWAYS discounted to the market?

Sorry - but for a person with “factss” in the name you have no facts on CYDY prices of warrants. When I participated the warrant strike price was HIGHER than the current share price.
