Pretty sure he is referring to Kevin Damoa, business partner with Chad MacKay and Andrew VanNoy in Loyal Companies and GEGI (and possibly SFLM), who indeed was at the White House earlier this month to discuss his GLID technology with the administration. But, it would require actual research and knowledge about the companies to know that.
