You really think that they actually exist? I think FINRA and Sharp both know that they don't exist and cannot be simply "re-created." Yet, based on George's tweets, I believe there will be a work-around permitted that will satisfy FINRA. Time will tell, but do you honestly think George is going to suddenly tell FINRA "look - I found them!" IMO, he's trying to provide them with other information to satisfy their concerns.
