Growth, I was told that COVID would not affect the financing of the mine. Obviously it did. Not blaming anyone for that. Was told that there was multiple parties interested in a debt package. They all disappeared. Would love an explanation on that hiccup. As far as the SPAC, you could see that it was not going to work but they went ahead anyway. Unless GX brings a ton of insider connections as far as contacts for funding, what do they bring to the table. That needs to be answered as well.
I really believed in Mark and the team until the SPAC was proposed. Then I knew this was going to be trouble short term. Feels I wasted over 10 years on this investment where the capital should have been placed somewhere else. The shareholders were cheated in a sense but management has been paid well. That is also an issue where you give rewards and bonuses while the shareholders get decimated. Posters here should be allowed to freely post their opinions and information here without being attacked. The board would be a lot better if it does not turn into a circus.
AGM around the corner so 2024 is a fresh start. Let the team layout their agenda going forward with also answering how we got to this point. Have a good one.
