Will add he also repeatedly lied about RDGL having sufficient cash on hand to get through IDE submission, and each of those lies was followed by an offering shortly after.
Likewise he lied back in 2021 saying he'd submit IDE application within 90-120 days of May 24, 2021.
No, I don't believe anything from MK going forward without independent verification from a reputable source.
