Mean reversion -- huh ? what is it reverting to --- and JPS are going up at same time so its not sell JPS buy common - both rising

I do hope the buying is based on some ACTUAL REAL progress of some sort to EXIT with ownership - be it 100% - 50% - or 20%

(and I would say 2 and 1 year ago ---- even if we do not exit --- (need congress for utility model) ---- death of LP/SP is worth IMO at least $4-%5 even with the intent to use WTS announced -- maybe even $5-$10 if no SPO is announced -
