.....AGREED, lar lar..............I don't think either side of this mess knows the final Receiver dollar amount......????........Guy might have simply agreed to trust the FDIC knowing that WE HAD TO........in order to get any of the recoveries and then the FDIC might have said they control the taxability....of any amount.......

....so we wait, simply based upon the FDIC's promise.......why not....???.....even just an added dollar per, and no taxability works for me......and all of us, really.......

....dunno, LAR LAR, but I'm sensing the end is near.............and it will happen quite fast................on sonterra, there is some weird sort of "delineation" at the appeals court, which to me, means, our appeal will get adjusted to add a couple of the banks, in addition to UBS......and then the $250mm settlement kicks in......

.....whatever, lar lar, just end it...................and the FDIC is quoted as saying $10 per, so, that might end up being the end game.......AIMHO..................
