#58721 RE: Large Green #58720

....SOUNDS GOOD, LAR LAR LOVE......methinks you are in the ball park..........closure on UWBI lies with this SONTERRA/LIBOR mess..........that's the last step...................the Deutsche Bank Settlement Agreement might lead to a settlement...DB agreed in the dock to cooperate, (which is unbelievable to state to a court).......???......it was an FDIC trick, and a great one......as Deutsche Bank allowed the AGREEMENT to be made public and then added a narrative on the entire Sonterra legal case................UBS might scoff at it.................

....the FDIC is impossible to handicap or predict upon.......1.......SONTERRA SUIT OR NO SUIT............and 2....... assuming a settlement, how much and what would drive it................the FDIC wants money for all of LIBOR, and the defendant has LOST THREE ATTEMPTS to get the suit dismissed on those grounds......a hometown jury in a federal district court is a GUARANTEED win for the plaintiff...........WE already won.......question is $$$$$$$$$$$$$........AN ANTITRUST verdict, which to me clearly meets the definition = = = = monster damages and EXPULSION, since only the FTC and Justice Dept. can bring EXPULSION and the cessation of the business entity committing the violation...........UBS CANNOT RISK THIS, however, admission of anti-trust in a settlement agreement is DANGEROUS......unless you specify no expulsion.........still risks if, like UBS F/--Ks up down the road on an unrelated matter and this comes back....???

...bottom line, my dearest LAR LAR, in this great festive aura of the seasons, enjoying judeo-christian pagan rituals.......NO WORRIES AND NO HURRIES......

.......(and I hope you don't wake the baby, larly dear...............you know the drill..........no sex and your turn for the loaded diaper).............aimho..
