....none of my business, BIG LOTS BOB, but gifting money to someone = GIFT TAX, which the IRS always closely tracks, imo, and you know my position on paying off mortgages with CASH......just sayin'...............lever your cash into aggressive investments throwing off 20-40%............or more.....................

....back to UWBI, big lots....................fascinating legal chess game going on............I like watching the moves that each side makes.......the FDIC is a master-BLUNDER-Er, and F/---Ks up all the time, imo..................they over-think, and get cute and mis-judge all the time. but get away with it, because there is no consequence and money doesn't really matter...................

.....bottom line, BIG LOTS.....................WIN WIN................longer chase = better catch, which here means bigger.........................
