"Testing and examination of the newly claimed areas, adjacent to the present Company holdings, have been started by our geologists. We will present a summary report of their activities with our update on February 23, 2007."

(MDMN) CEO Les Price was coordinating this with the geologists. Due to a death in the family, this will be delayed for a few days to a week, maybe more!

wmo767, what kind of "move by the BOD to cripple the naked shorts" are you expecting? I'm not fishing for inside information, rather, what do you imagine will be the most likely tactic they will use? Can you cite an example where such a tactic by another company has succeeded? Thanks.
