yea...thats what they want you to think...its actually a threat...they are saying that if they dont get gov welfare checks to make tons of money making green hydrogen, then they will double down on dirty hydrogen...thats not a good stance...
there will be others who will step up to qualify for the money...and the Cummings of the world will have to do the same to compete...
