What rule of law? scotus since 2019 has fast track cases 19 times. Before it was like 0 times in 25/30 years. This court is use to it. They were afraid to dump on Trump this time. Assuming Trump loses at appeals court, scotus will have a chance to redeem itself, grow a pair, by declining to hear the appeal.
