Gotcha, well blame your friendly neighborhood SEC for that when they did away with fractions, went decimals and didn't require a minimum increment. I see this on stocks all the time. I think its silly and some outlets do not show the full amount, only out to abou 4 digits. but i have seen some (HCMC, GRLF to name a few ) that go out even further, It's not a GTII oddity. personally, OTC could lean up a lot of this with a half penny minimum increment.
