I beg to differ. When the SEC announced the new rules in March 2021 and were implemented in September 2021 where many were sent to the gray market, that was the end. September 2021 on has been unkind in the OTC except some warm spots in the last two months in the OTC. In fact after March 2021 after the SEC announcement, the trend of every OTC going up abruptly ended.
