I was responding to Lazarus idea, 2. to acquire a company for pennies on the dollar. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who could have possibly, purposely, driven the stock price lower and acquired enough shares "to acquire the company for pennies on the dollar." ???????????????????????????

Far too early for buyout to be acceptable for shareholders. I could see it in 2+ years.
