Once again this has nothing to do with an election, this happened because Trump was responsible for an insurrection, where hundreds of his supporters are in jail, some for sedition. Trump needs to go through the judicial process of each state for his part as described by the 14th amendment and let those states decide for themselves. Trump broke the law, but you want to just look the other way. Your argument has nothing to do with how the people will vote in 2024. His crime is from 2021, those crimes take precedent.
