Don’t know why everyone thinks being on the NASDAQ would solve any issues.

I dont care either way as long as it's not attempted prematurely like last time.

KBLB is not close to being in the right situation that this should be attempted.

I suppose you could say they are soon in KBLB's world of soons.

“Don’t know why everyone thinks being on the NASDAQ would solve any issues. Just bigger fish to play games with.”

Agree to disagree that a revenue producing company with a billion shares outstanding on the OTC trading at $0.70/share will gather the same interest (and quality investor) that a NASDAQ traded revenue producing company with 100M shares outstanding trading at $7/share would.

There is a difference between the average OTC and NASDAQ investor, not to mention restrictions on some funds around a minimum share price, perception issues, etc.

NASDAQ doesn’t solve production issues or automatically create revenues. A move to NASDAQ would indicate those have been solved and open the company up to more investors and interest. Simple as that.

Nasdaq won’t solve any issues…any “issues” would already be solved before the jump…

The Nasdaq is a huge jump up from the OTC…the OTC is where many start…and they all aspire to move to a higher, more legit exchange…for a whole bunch of reasons that really shouldn’t need to be detailed…

Think of it as running a business making widgets out of your garage and wanting to eventually hire employees and work out of an actual factory setting with room for new equipment etc…

No one should have to ask why you want to do that…the advantages should be obvious..
