great find Matrix ! Looks like JP has has a history of financial irresponsibility. The judgement from Village Realty was probably for late mortgage payments, which would explain the quick sale of his home..
The 61K judgement against him for N. Thomas Heaton is interesting...maybe a business deal gone bad ? Loan gone bad? Hmmm... and Heaton appointed to the board soon after...JP using shareholder equity to settle his judgements...
I noticed too that JP and his attorney didn't even bother to show up in court and defaulted... just like he's doing to his current shareholders...not bothering to show up...
