It was a P&D. There really isn't much question about that. The posting of a news alert is a classic trick in stinky pinky land. And the actual news was deceptive in its wording. They knew what they were doing. And the large jump in the O/S pretty much nails it. It's no surprise the market reacted negatively. Matt and Brian have set a high bar for themselves to restore their credibility. They will need to show some major revenue in the wake of this stunt.
