Put yourself in the govt's shoes. Would you really only settle for 79.99% of FnF when you can convert your senior shares to get 99.999%?

Summary - Common should not "hate or wish ill on " JPS ..--.. and JPS should not "hate or wish ill on" Common

I would add - some of us want both to win

I hope the common win is larger in % win from current PPS
I believe the JPS have a small - 1%-10% greater chance of winning
Thus I own both
