I saw zero proof of any deadline that you had to vote by Dec 18th. I called again this morning at 877-728-4996 at 9:05 am. Got through in 30 seconds. Guess they are not too busy.

Telling shareholders there was deadline to vote by yesterday was a disservice. Shameful.
