Fwankie is the one who amazes even me, since by that stupid act the flaming bonehead essentially "...turned the whole future of QFLUB, as well as his own personal freedom over to you..." - because he apparently thinks...:
1) The SEC doesn't crap-can Pinkie Potentates.....
2) Sarbanes-Oxley doesn't apply to him, since CA is not real part of the USA
3) All sweet sounding voices over the phone can be trusted with illegal INSIDER TACTICAL LEAKS.
4) He desperately needed to run the presses for a few days this week.
