You keep conveniently missing or forgetting the part about, "agreement with the SEC."
Handwringing about why is an impotent grasp to make it appear like GVSI hasn't resolved the issue.
You better fly to NYC, find Sharp and the owners of the two companies, and set them straight!

What’s funny is you have zero concept on what all the dealings were with GVSI and the SEC.

The old management SKIPPED the subcommittee review phase of the FINRA denial and went straight to the SEC to file an appeal, that was wrong to do. Old management needed to follow the FINRA steps and wait on the review board process, they didn’t. Hell they didn’t even fix the Nevada SOS issue. That pissed FINRA off. FINRA wasn’t even looking for the filings heading in to the subcommittee review but when old management went to the SEC to “tell on” FINRA they loaded requests back in.

Since then Sharp removed all the dirty deeds from this prior request. The SEC and FINRA want to see the ticker and Sharp succeed, anyone posting otherwise is completely clueless.

We know who that is. Let’s watch how it all plays out. Just another fallacy put to bed.

That It!!! In a nutshell for a nut shell.

After they realize this the floor will drop out from rushing the door finally getting GS point.

I think he was generous to the legacy long’s not to be too truthful, so they won’t drop too much coin before the bad / good need

It’s basic comprehension here 2 of 3 now is up

Sharp has basically said that getting the SEC/FINRA to approve any corporate actions approved is "UNWINNABLE."

And Sharp didn't say what the "agreement" was but it definitely is not in GVSI's favor.

And if Sharp said there was an "agreement" with the SEC, then why hasn't GVSI's corporate actions been approved after months and months when it usually takes only 3 - 4 weeks?
