Can't gave an actual time frame. But considering the recent filings and the upcoming one I believe things should begin to bring together all aspects of what the new company should look like.
The good thing is that dilution has been no concern, and this may mean the company is in a new transformation stage and the details should be forth coming rather than later.
Bring on the current filing and then look for the additional announcements for direction. I sense that the 1st quarter of the new year could be a major milestone for this new entity.
I think we have seen the low and probably will continue the lateral trading from low .0004 to .0006 and the upcoming filing will give us a spike, and any new information, will take us closer to .001 going into the new year.
This is now a waiting period and a buy at .0004-.0005.
